If my employee's surname only has 3 letters how does that change the 8 character password needed to see their payslip?

If Passwords for employees to open their payslips are made of 8 characters - first four being from their surname but their surname only has 3 letters how does that change the password?

Hi ant.litova.

Thank you for contacting QuickBooks.

If an employee only has a 3 character Surname then the Password would only be 7 characters in that case.

It would be the full 3 characters of the Surname followed by the first 4 of the NI number.
