Welcome to the Community. I can see the urgency of deleting all your information in QuickBooks. You have the option to delete your company data if you've created your account within the last 60 days.

 

This process will completely wipe out your books but won't cancel your QuickBooks subscription. I'd suggest you import all the important list for your future use before doing this. Once ready, follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks.
  2. Go to your homepage. 
  3. Replace the end of URL from homepage to purgecompany. See example below: 

   4. A pop-up screen will show a summary of the items to be deleted.

   5. Enter the word “YES” to delete the data. 

   6. Click OK to complete the process.

   7. Click Wipe Data

 

Once done, you'll then be rerouted back to your homepage. You can proceed to cancel your subscription to avoid charges. 

 

If your books are 60 days old or older, the option is to unsubscribe. QuickBooks will delete all your data a year after cancelaton, thus, you'll still have read-only access to your data within that period. It also includes link with a steps to cancel your subscription through an app store if you subscribed through mobile apps.
