Looks like you're using the two-step verification feature. Please know that we're unable to change the verification priority from your phone number to your email address. This feature specifically sends to your phone number.
Since you can still access your email address, you can go to the sign-in help page and change or update your phone number from there. Here's how:
Once you're back in your account, you can your phone number. You can go to this article and follow the steps under the Change sign-in information in the Intuit Account Manager section: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.
If you want, you can turn off the two-step verification feature to not get code from your phone. Here's how:
