After clearing the cache, refresh your tab. Then, attempt to log into your account using your main browser. Should the error persist, consider switching to an alternative supported browser for QuickBooks Online.
To troubleshoot mobile app issues, start by closing and restarting the app. If problems persist, clearing the app's cache will help. This removes corrupted temporary files and allows the app to function better while preserving your personal data and settings. Follow the steps below to clear your app's cache.

If you’re referring to the IOS app, the print/preview issue started with an update about a week ago, and is currently still ongoing.
Quickbooks are working on fixing on case INV-121598.
It affects all previews, eg invoice preview, payment preview, attachment preview etc.
