Let me share some insights about managing users in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We're able to add a standard user wherein we can set different levels of access for the user you want to add. However, we can only limit them to customers and sales, suppliers and purchases, customer and sales, plus suppliers and purchases, and payroll access.
At this time, we can't set a user to just add transactions only and disallow the option of deleting or editing transactions.
