How do I add another user to the account.?

Hello jchomeworks,

 

Thanks for joining us on the Community!

 

You can add a user in just a few clicks, by going to the Cog Wheel > Manage Users > Select 'Add user'. QuickBooks Online allows for different user types, which determines the level of access and permissions they have within the account.
