Cancelling a trial account in QuickBooks Online will only take a few steps, j_mcglone. I'm here to lay out the steps for you.
To proceed, simply follow the steps below:
- Open a web browser on your computer and sign in to your QBO account as an admin user.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel trial.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
