Hello Jeremy. hill, to transfer the master admin rights to you the accountant just needs to in their QuickBooks go to your company and manage users and under you user select the drop-down and there will be an option to make master admin once do you will get an invite to accept the master admin and when you sign in from that invite that is then completed.
