I recognize how important it is to cancel your trial subscription seamlessly. Let me help you achieve this and ensure you can access your correct account, doc.
The process for cancelling a QuickBooks Online subscription or trial depends on where you signed up. If you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to cancel through it.
If you purchased directly from Intuit, you can follow these steps:
- Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
- Hover to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
- If QuickBooks was purchased through a mobile app store, the Subscriptions and billing tab may not be visible.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel trial.
If your subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad), you may follow the official steps to cancel a subscription from Apple. If purchased through the Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets), you cancel a subscription from Google.
On the other hand, you can switch between company files on QuickBooks Online to ensure you can log in to the correct account.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings, then under Profile, select Switch Company.
- From the list, choose the company you want to switch to.
