Hi, this is only applicable if I have a 'paying' subscription, I have the Quick Books 'Accountant' package therefore I do not pay... there is no option to cancel my account in my subscription and billing account?

I am no more trading into the business or I could not get into the business. I have called George at least 4 times to cancel my subscription but no one listens and there are no call backs just there is message to leave a message for George. I am struggling from last 3 months but no one from the quick books is taking care off.
In my quickbooks settings there is on option to unsubscribe or cancel / suspend the subscription. Quickbook is taking monthly payments continuously. This is not good from the quickbooks.
I strongly urge George to pls look into and cancel my subscription.

Hi I am trying desperatly to cancel my QB account as I have retired and am not trading , when I go through the steps indicated above it comes up with a error code and says try again later, Have tried for a few days now no luck.

To rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting. We can start by accessing the QuickBooks account using a private browser.
