I am trying to log into my account online and it says password is incorrect. It sends email to reset and then send a code to my phone but a code never comes through

Thanks for dropping by, @usertimbritton8.

 

I'll help you get the code. May I know if you have already created a one-time login to accounts.intuit.com? Through this, you can go to the Sign-in & security section to reenter your business phone number and get the codes. This way, you can also review if you're using the correct phone number to receive the code.

 

Click the Change link to reenter your phone number and then enter your password to finish the verification. Remember, this will turn off the two-step verification.

 

Go back to Sign-in and security, and then select the Two-step verification section to turn it on. It will send you the code and enter your password to verify the phone number. Then you're good to go.

 

Once done, sign in to QuickBooks Online and reset the password.
