Hi, Nat. That error only appears when the system has not detected any product under the credentials you have entered.
To fix this, verify that your product is QB Self-Employed and make sure you entered the correct link. Having confirmed the product, make sure you entered your QBSE credentials and not from other QBO products like Sole trader or QBO.
