I can’t access my account as my old accountant has control please help

Glad to see you here, @alastair-pickles. I want to make sure you get the right help so you'll be able to access your QuickBooks account.

You can contact our Customer Support Team directly and request a Master Admin Claim. This way, you can access your account and have the highest level of permissions.

Before doing so, we need documentation to verify that you have rightful ownership or access privileges for the account. That said, you can review this article on what documents you need to prepare depends on your business type and ownership. Request to be the primary admin or contact.

Once done, you can now go ahead and contact our Support Team to process the claim. They have tools that can pull up your account securely and assist you further.

Here's how to reach them: 

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message or Get a callback.
