When using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the website and encountering issues while trying to preview or print invoices, implementing browser troubleshooting might address issues like blank screens or loading difficulties and help guarantee that you're viewing the latest data. Let's start with accessing an incognito or private browser session using these keyboard shortcuts:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

After completing the previous steps, try previewing or printing your invoices to see if they operate correctly. If so, go back to your default browser and clear the cache to remove any cookies impacting the performance of web pages. You can also use other QuickBooks-supported browsers.
