I cant add my Zempler account any ideas??

Connection errors like “try again” when linking a bank (such as Zempler) are usually tied to temporary bank connectivity issues, unsupported connections, or setup conflicts.
 

To help me narrow this down, could you share a screenshot of the error? In the meantime, please try these steps:
 

  • Test in a Private Window: Open QuickBooks in an Incognito or Private browser window and try linking the account again. If it works here, clearing your regular browser’s cache should fix the loop.
     
  • Check Zempler Permissions: Log into your bank or online portal to ensure "Third-party access" or "Open Banking" is enabled in your security settings.
     
  • Check with your bank provider for any ongoing maintenance or connection restrictions.
     

If the issue continues even in a private window, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Support through Help (?) > Contact Us > Callback or Chat so they can review the connection on your account. They can check the connection status on our end and help get your bank feeds syncing properly.
