I had an email saying my free trial is ending next week and i havent used you service but i signed up on ios with i do not have access to anymore for me to cancel

I had an email saying my free trial is ending next week and i havent used you service but i signed up on ios with i do not have access to anymore for me to cancel

I'll guide you on how to cancel your free trial subscription since you no longer have access to the iOS device you used to sign up, Livejo0045.

 

Here’s a clear path to help you cancel that subscription:

 

  1. Look for "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple." The email will show you exactly which Apple ID was used for the subscription.
  2. If the receipt shows a family member's Apple ID, they will need to follow the cancellation steps. You can't cancel a subscription that was purchased under someone else's account.
  3. If the receipt shows your Apple ID, you can manage the subscription even without the original device.
  4. Sign in to your Apple account and sign in with the Apple ID you found in your email.
  5. Follow the instructions to find the subscription and cancel the free trial.
