If you want to change a user ID in QBO, let me walk you through how to update your login credentials.
- Log in to the Intuit accounts page.
- Tap the Sign-in & security menu on the left panel to open the Sign in info window.
- In the User ID section, click the arrow on the right to open the User Id window.
- From there, type in the new login information in the User ID field and Password fields.
- Click Save.
