I have 2 accounts but don't have the ID for the 2nd one

Thanks for joining us here today, info@nvqnailandb.

To clarify, are you trying to update the user ID or create a QBO user account? Any additional information will help me provide a timely resolution to your concern. QuickBooks user accounts are ties up to one email address.

If you want to change a user ID in QBO, let me walk you through how to update your login credentials.

  1. Log in to the Intuit accounts page.
  2. Tap the Sign-in & security menu on the left panel to open the Sign in info window.
  3. In the User ID section, click the arrow on the right to open the User Id window.
  4. From there, type in the new login information in the User ID field and Password fields.
  5. Click Save.

For user account, please refer to this guide for the steps: Create a QuickBooks user account.

Additionally, here's a link that covers all the tasks you can do when using QBO. It has our general topics with articles. Just look for responses that fit your concern.

Know that you're always welcome to swing by anytime if you still have questions or concerns with your account. I'll be around for you. Take care and have a good one.
