If your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is already cancelled and you're still being charged for the subscription, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team. They're able to pull your account using their screen-sharing (remote access) tool in a secure environment and investigate this further. They can also check process a refund if necessary.

- In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.
