I have had to purge my company account in QBO to start again. I now have multiple chart of accounts duplicated. I need a real clean version, how do i do this?

How do i start again, purcgecompany is just duplicating and adding more chart of accounts. My account is now a mess. I feel I need to start again by deleting my account but will that mean I lose my trial period?

Hello there, warmwishes. I understand your frustration. You can purge your company again as long as you are within the eligible timeframe. Please ensure you follow the correct process to obtain a clean version this time. You can refer to this article: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.

 

Regarding your trial, avoid deleting your account or user ID. Your 30-day trial is a one-time offer associated with your specific email address. If you delete your account, you won’t be able to restart a new trial with the same email.
