I have just paid my subscription but it keeps saying i havnt. Coming up that my free month has ended and wont let me continue with saving invoices adding new contacts?

Let's get you to the right support team that currently handles QuickBooks Online subscriptions. 

 

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Technical Team so they can help check the status of your subscription. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment. 

 

Here's how to get in touch with them: 

 

  1. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

When you click the Buy button, it will open a new blank QBO account. You have to pay your trial account with regular rate to continue.
