You can cancel your QuickBooks account by going to the Billing Info menu. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your QuickBooks account.
- Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon in the upper-right-hand corner, then choose Billing Info.

- Click Cancel subscription. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel Trial.

- Follow the on-screen steps to cancel your account.
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad), please follow the official steps to cancel a subscription from Apple . Upon canceling, you’ll still have read-only access to your data for a year. You also have the option to resubscribe during this period before your data is removed.
