I understand how important it is for your business to select the right subscription level, jjjones236, to ensure you have access to only the features you need. QuickBooks empowers you to manage your plan based on your specific requirements. Allow me to assist you in navigating the downgrading process, ensuring you maximize the value of your investment.

 

Before doing so, please make sure you're not losing any essential features, and note that this procedure removes any discounts on your current plan. 

 

Once you're ready, begin by selecting a new plan that suits your needs. Following that, make sure to disable any features from your current plan, such as recurring transaction templates, user accounts, or inventory that aren't included in your new subscription.

 

When everything is all set, follow these steps to downgrade your plan:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to Settings or the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing80.png
  3. Make sure your payment info is up to date.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Downgrade your plan.
  5. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to downgrade.
