To start, please check if your QBO mobile app is up to date by visiting the Play Store or App Store. Once you've confirmed it's updated, you can refresh the app data so you can see the newest information added to your account. Here are the steps you can follow to do this.
If you're on an iOS device:
- Navigate to Settings, then tap on General.
- Go to iPhone Storage and select the QuickBooks Online app.
- Choose Offload App.
If you're on an Android device:
- Open the Menu ☰, then tap on More Options ⋮.
- Select Settings, followed by Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
