Hi @info2401, QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple Start is a different plan from Sole Trader Plus. This means that we'll have to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the correct one.
Also, please consider backing up your data from QBO before proceeding with these steps to retain important financial details.
To cancel, go to Settings > Billing & subscription > Cancel > Continue to cancel. Once done, you can subscribe to Sole Trader Plus via the Plans & Pricing page by following the on-screen instructions.
