I want to know where I send my ID to get the account from my accountant to myself

If you're having issues logging in to your QBSE account, we can do a browser troubleshooting. Cache helps your browser's background processes run smoothly. However, it can also cause unexpected results when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related concerns:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your QBSE account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can log in to your account successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

If same thing happens, you might want to reset your password or recover your account: Reset your password or recover your user ID for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Aside from that, you can reach out to your accountant about your account. They can give you the details of your account and review it.
