Hello there, paul-newbuild.

I'm here to ensure you're able to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company data with your subscription account. This way, you can continue managing your business and monitor its growth through QBO.

You'll have to log in to your QBO trial account and subscribe from there. This will let you keep using your company data that's already been established in the trial account. Then, you need to cancel the unused account to make sure you'll not be charged.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select your QBO trial account to open it.
  3. Go to the Gear icon.
  4. Select Account and Settings.
  5. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu.
  6. Click the Subscribe button in the QuickBooks [plan] section.
  7. Enter the updated billing information.
  8. Click Subscribe.

Once done, you're now ready to cancel the newly created QBO account. For the detailed steps, kindly refer to this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. It also contains information about what'll happen to your data after you cancel.

Moreover, in case you need to make changes to your QBO subscription, just visit the Account and Settings page. From there, you can manage your company details, view your subscription, update your credit card, make changes to your billing information. You can check out this article for the complete details: How to update your subscription and billing details.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. i'm just around to help.
