If i change from a sole trader to a Ltd company, do i need to upgrade my Quickbooks Subscription i still only need basic accounting but not sure?

You don’t need to upgrade your Sole Trader Plus subscription if you’re switching from a sole trader to a limited company, badgerstaxi.      

If you’re still only using the same basic accounting features, you can update your Business type in QuickBooks. You can do this by going to the Gear icon, then Account and settings, and changing the Business type under the Legal info window to reflect a limited company, and clicking Save.
