Im trying to invite a new user. Invitation is received, password is created but message back says there is not QB Online Account linked. Any ideas?

So is it coming up with that message when the new user is trying to log into the Quickbooks account? Could you send us a screenshot of the page where they are getting this message from so we can take a look at it more for you.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
