I know restoring access in QuickBooks Online would help save time, so there’s no need to set up and send invites again.
QuickBooks ensures everything is secured. Once the user is deleted, you need to give permission by adding their information back to the program. That way, they can work out with your account. Let me breakdown the steps for you:
- Select the Gear icon, then click Manage users.
- Press Add user.
- Select the user type, then Next.
- Select access rights and then Next.
- Choose user settings, then Next.
- Enter her name and email address.
- Hit the Save button.
She will immediately receive an email. Have her select the “Let’s go!” link and then let her sign in.
