Have you tried logging out and logging back in to your account? If so, clear the app's data before logging back in.
Once done, go back to the Banking page and check if you can already refresh the account. You can also log in to the web version and check if you can update the bank. You can access the web version from this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
In case you can't update it in both the app and in the web version, please contact our customer support team so they can take a closer look at this. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
- Let them know that you're unable to update your bank, then click Let's talk.
- Click Start a chat.
