Given the subscription deadline, the new person requiring Primary Admin access should submit a request right away.
Our Account Recovery team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the new primary admin will have full access to update payment methods and manage the subscription.
Please refer to this guide for a detailed list of documents required based on your business type. After gathering the documents, follow steps 2-3 to complete the request form and await our response: Primary Administrator request in QuickBooks.
