You can reset your QuickBooks Online account if you're unable to access it. Let me show you how:
- Go to the QuickBooks Online sign-in page.
- Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
- You'll get an email with a password reset link.
You need to have access to the email you used when you signed up for QuickBooks Online. If you no longer have access to it, send us an email change request.
