As of the moment, there’s an investigation taking place concerning our QuickBooks Online mobile app. Our engineers are currently working on a fix.
I recommend contacting our Customer Care team to add you to the list of affected users. Once you’re added, you’ll receive a notification via email once the resolution is implemented. Please know that they’re most available on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, and also includes Saturday starting 6:00 but only ends at 3:00 PM.
You can open your QBO account on a web browser or utilize another device to contact our Customer Care team. Then follow these steps:
- Select the (?) Help menu.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter this statement on the box “QBO app on iPhone keeps logging me out randomly.”
- Hit Let’s talk.
- Choose to Get a call.
