Let's investigate what might have gone wrong with your employee's access, @enquiries49.
Start by ensuring that they have the correct access in standard mode and that the filters, such as Report Period, Accounting Method, and General filters, are set correctly.
As a Primary admin, you can also edit your employee's access.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Manage users.
- Find the user.
- To change the access, click Edit.
- Change the user's role from the dropdown menu.
- Then, Done.
Also, the option to switch back to the "classic view" in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is temporary and will be removed as the new interface becomes the standard.
You can always reply to this post if you have additional concerns related to QuickBooks.
