Subscription price is different to the advertised price?

Hi hollie-craske,


Here are a few possible reasons why your subscription price is high:


  • Payroll is turned on.
  • The sales tax feature is added to the base subscription price.
  • You had promotional discounts that have expired, so you are now being billed the regular price for your subscription.
  • There's a recent upgraded from Simple Start/Simple Start to Essentials, or from Essentials to Plus.

You'll want to review your subscription charges by following these steps:


  1. Go to Settings > Account and Settings.
  2. On the left panel, select Billing & Subscription.
