Unable to access or connect hsbc euro account to my qb online account

Glad to have you here in the Community, @tony_evans56.

At this time, we have an on-going issue with the HSBC Bank connection. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.

In the meantime, you can consider uploading your HSBC bank transactions manually in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
  2. In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
  3. From the Update drop-down, select File upload.
  4. Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.

You can read this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-44117.

Thank you for your patience while we work for a fix. Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with this, or there's something else I can do for you. I've got your back. Have a good day.
