Glad to have you here in the Community, @tony_evans56.
At this time, we have an on-going issue with the HSBC Bank connection. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.
In the meantime, you can consider uploading your HSBC bank transactions manually in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:
- Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
- In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
- From the Update drop-down, select File upload.
- Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
- Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.
You can read this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-44117.
