Unable to get into my account it says I need to subscribe ive already done it

I'm here to help ensure you're able to access your QuickBooks Online account, kazcleaningservi.

 

There's a possibility that the subscription is still in progress. You'll want to consider signing into your account in a few hours. 

 

If you're still unable to access QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They can check the status of your subscription and provide more details about it.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Access this trial link:  https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive_au/
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
