When I login to QB's online my home PC and select the banking option, it will not load... the green circle appears and it just keeps going round. My office PC is fine?

Any ideas why or how tp resolve?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can access the Banking menu on your home PC.

 

The browser of your home PC may have data-related issues that's why it keeps on loading. There are times that the browser store frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. 

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once logged in, go back and access the Banking menu again to double-check.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
