QBO Continues to Drop the TDBank connection. NO MATTER what I do. I sign in 100+ times a day and "RECONNECT" it drops it immediately. Yes I accept the terms when I sign in...I even scroll EVERY time to the end to make sure it's not that. QBO keeps sending me messages, your issue HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!
SO that means they have CLOSED THE CASE and crapped on me. My problem now as they did NOTHING!
OF course with QBO now they took away ALL HELP, ALL there is is this community, which takes TOO long to answer and they don't RESOLVE anything, just say YEAH WE HAVE THAT ISSUE TOO.
QBO charges me a LOT of money a year, I have MULTIPLE accounts and pay DEARLY, yet they continue to strip what was offered in the initial contract and give me less and less. ZERO SUPPORT NOW. ZERO.
It's been actually over 4 months since I can't connect with my bank...QBO keeps telling me they escalated it, then it's RESOLVED! NO IT"S NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
