We have moderators here in the Intuit Community who check our answers and replies on the thread. They will only lock it once a reply is no longer about the product.
On the other hand, AMEX is still getting ready for the new connection. For now, you'll need to manually import transactions to QuickBooks Online.
Once Open Banking is available, you'll see the Update Now link on your Banking page. You can visit this page anytime to know the status of your bank: Understanding if you can upgrade your bank feeds to Open Banking.
