Are your banks connecting to your accounts? I'm with virgin and it's not connected since beginning of June unsure what to do any help please? Ty x

Are your banks connecting to your accounts? I'm with virgin and it's not connected since beginning of June unsure what to do any help please? Ty x

I can see that it has been a long time since your bank wasn't connected with QuickBooks. Let me help you reconnect with your bank so you can keep up with your daily financial routines.

 

Under the Open Banking rules, we're required to authorise new or changed bank feed connections every 90 days. Before doing so, we need to review your bank transactions in the "For review" tab and ensure all of them are the ones you include in QuickBooks Online. 

 

There are also instances where you need to exclude because of duplicates or manually add others that QB didn't automatically match after bank reconnection.

 

Here are the steps on how to reconnect your bank:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Connect account or Link account.
  3. Then, connect your bank feeds.
