AuthenticationFailed INPUT when trying to connect to bank

I want to ensure this gets sorted out, @Duangjai.

Is this your first time setting up online banking for this account? Can you verify the name of the bank account you are trying to connect to? Any additional information can help us resolve the issue.

If it's a new connection, I recommend validating the credentials first on the financial institution’s website. Once verified, try connecting the bank account again on your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank accounts
  3. Enter your financial institution’s URL or name on the search box and see the results.
  4. Click Continue
  5. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  6. Select Connect securely.

You may also check this article to perform the troubleshooting method if you've already connected your bank and was asked for authorization again: How to re-authorize your bank connection.

Once your bank account is connected and downloads transactions, you can now review and categorize your transactions. You can create rules to speed up reviews on your data.

Get back to us if you have other questions. I'm more than happy to help. Have a great day!
