Authorisation failed upon connecting bank account

Can we check which bank provider you're connecting to, and wether you receive a specific error code or message when completing this?

 

Please also ensure that the authorisation credentials you're entering when connecting the bank in QB are for your online bank and not for QuickBooks. 🙇‍:female_sign:
