I am still not able to link my accounts to quick books so i am still unable to use the full service.

Furthermore, you've mentioned about full service, QuickBooks Self-Employed only has the standalone and tax bundle version. Please give us a reply so we can assist you further if you're using a different QuickBooks subscription.
