Hello there, Annalouise.


I appreciate all your efforts in trying to re-establish the connection of your bank account. Let’s open QBO using private browsing or incognito window. Then clear the cache to improve its overall performance. These steps can help identify if this is a webpage issue.


Here’s how to bring up a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then connect your bank using this session and make sure to select the correct one. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will remove your browsing history and help you start with a clean slate.
