Hello there,

To get started, may I ask which bank you use? Occasionally, connection issues can occur when transaction data needs to be refreshed.

First, let's verify by manually updating your transactions to see if there are changes.

Here's how:

  1. Head to the All apps in the left navigation menu.
  2. In the Accounting section, choose Bank Transactions.
  3. Once there, click the Update button at the top and check if there are changes.

If it persists, I suggest reaching out to your Bank website and checking if there's a scheduled maintenance.
