Bank Feeds connection

Thanks for coming back to us Ben, right ok so if you have multiple clients having issues with with regards to banking, it would depend on what error messages and codes they are seeing on their side and on our side in order to be able to resolve them. Some error codes do require for the client to disconnect the bank connection and then reconnect it up again to get the error resolved for them. I fully understand the the clients want you to do certain things but like you say due to security the customer if required will have do complete the task needed in order to resolve the issue. 

 

The easiest way would be to ring the helpline on 0808 234 5337 and tell the agent all the clients that are having issues with banking, they will be able to check the back end for you and tell you want needs to be done in order to fix the issue.

We have multiple clients using bank feeds and many are experiencing problems with them.  The major issue right now is they drop off and cannot reconnect.  The advice we have received from the technical department puts all the emphasis on the client to reconnect by doing this that and the other, which is not acceptable.  I appreciate the security aspect, but the client hires an accountant to help them and reduce their workload, not have to spend hours in some cases trying to connect a bank feed.  From their point of view they want to simply send a paper statement and move on.

 

How can we resolve this quickly and easily?  It was originally sold as a hassle free, secure way for a client to provide information.  It is certainly not that now.
