Bank Feeds Not Loading

We've identified an issue that's currently impacting standard feed connections that require entered to complete secure connection.

When 'Complete secure connection' is clicked on the banking page, and click 'Next' the page becomes non responsive and no connection is established.


Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

How long for a fix... 

this is not acceptable for a paid for service... the least you can do is tell us how long we will be without this service. all of your owners are business owners or accountants.. WE NEED WORKING ACCOUNTS SOFTWARE.... its what we pay for.... 

 

C'mon guys stick your head over the parapet and give us a time frame.... its the ABSOLUTE least you can do...

Hi @TimBob , thanks for podting to the community.

 

We're seeing reports that this issue is now resolved and you should now be able to connect/update your bank feed.

 

You may need to clear cache/cookies  before attempting to connect again.

 

Please let me know how you get on.

I've been trying to get on since 8.30 this morning.  Please let me know when this is going to be fixed!

Just been told by Jack the moderator that it's been fixed, but my system obviously doesn't know this as I still can't access my bank feed!  GGGGGRRRRRR!!!!!!

My biggest issue is that when I asked the chat assistant they were not able to even give me a time frame. even when I asked if it was likely to take hours, days, weeks, or months.... they were not able to give me even a ball park estimate of when the service would be working again.... 

 

This in not the fault of the CSA, who was very professional, and helpful... but Quickbook really should be able to give at least a ball park estimate for a fix... saying they cant say is a real cop out...

It worked for me by using an incognito window in Chrome.... Eventually

YAY!!!!!  I'm in touch with my bank!
