Bank "Fix your connection" error every time I log in

Apologies if this has been asked before, I have searched a lot. Every time I sign into QB I have to fix a connection error with my bank (HSBC). It does then work, but it's very tedious having to submit the security code every single day/time i log in. Any ideas why this might be happening? Or is it normal?

Hello alexjtdesign,

 

This is based on your bank's security. For us to generate your statement on QuickBooks, we need to login in the background and therefore go through the login process. If your bank asks for some extra security steps when we do this, you are told to fix your connection. Unfortunately because of this we are unable to stop this from happening.
