I've got a workaround you need, @Lingotot.
I'll share information about adding older transactions to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
When connecting online banking to QBSE, some banks download the 30 to 90-day or up to a year transaction. Otherwise, If you want to add the older ones, you'll need to export the transactions from your bank and then import them into QBSE.
If you're ready to import, here's how:
- Go to Settings and click Import transactions.
- Click Import older transactions for the account you want to add transactions.
- Select Browse and look for the file you download from your bank.
- Choose the file and click Open to start.
- Review the column headers and data.
- Tick Continue to complete the import.
For a detailed process, check out this article: Add Older Transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Once settled, you can now organise your transactions by checking out this resource: Categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
